Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using FounderOS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. FounderOS is operated as a solo-founder SaaS product available at myfounderos.app.

2. What FounderOS provides

FounderOS is an AI-assisted toolkit for solo founders raising capital. It includes a pitch deck generator, investor pipeline tracker, cold email writer, financial dashboard, and an AI co-founder chat. Outputs are generated using third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude) and are provided as drafts to assist your work, not as professional financial, legal, or investment advice.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • FounderOS is a paid product with no permanent free tier.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select, and are processed by Stripe.
  • You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time through your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 7 days from purchase.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading materials for investors or third parties.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the underlying AI infrastructure.
  • Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the Service.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you input into FounderOS, including pitch materials, investor data, and financial figures. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to investors using outputs generated by the Service.

6. No investment or legal advice

Nothing generated by FounderOS, including financial runway calculations, fundraising urgency assessments, or investor fit scores, constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made using outputs from the Service. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

7. Service availability

FounderOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at our discretion. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime, AI output errors, or fundraising outcomes.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends and stored data may be deleted after a reasonable grace period.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
